Samuel Knight are a global recruitment company specialising within renewable energy and sustainable transportation project management and manpower services. Working full time for the business as their sole in-house designer and marketing lead I rebranded the company forming a cohesive identity for the SK Group's various divisions: SK International, SK Rail, SK Energy, SK Projects and SK Green Tech.
I also managed various events and client projects across the globe such as trade show booths at OWNE, careers day exhibits with AIS, as well as hosting a range of events at the SK headquarters in Newcastle such as IOD North (Institute of Directors) networking evenings.
During my time with SK I also organically built up their social media channels managing multiple accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok, creating a range of varied and engaging content for their global community. I ran internal workshops on the importance of employee branding and spent time with each employee crafting their niche online to build their LinkedIn networks and position each one as a thought leader in their sector.

An extensive library of marketing materials were also designed and developed
aligning the marketing efforts to better position SK as market leaders for Energy & Rail manpower and project solutions. These ranged from branded proposal documents and tailored decks, market reports and salary guides to branded CV templates for candidates and custom email signatures for consultants.
Alongside managing the company website and their SEO strategy, I also drafted all written content such as blogs, industry insights and press releases, working with a range of publishers to ensure our pieces were picked up and appeared in a range of publications. To further support the PR strategy I also drafted award submissions for the company as well as the senior leadership team, with nominations and wins in a range of categories, notably The North East Entrepreneurial Awards 2022 with my submission seeing the CEO placed as a finalist alongside Sara Davies MBE, as well as well as being ranked as a Best Place To Work by The Times.
