At Signable I was responsible for developing and leading on their content strategy. Encompassing all aspects of content creation from social media to the development and redesign of company website pages. I also sat within the Team Leads for the wider Growth and Brand Team, as a voice for Marketing. As part of the wider marketing activities I was responsible for leading on customer comms and larger scale projects such as product feature releases, working cross functionally to coordinate teams. I also sat within the team responsible for planning and driving company wide OKR's/KPI's.
During my time at Signable I pushed the content team to become more data driven, overhauling the way we gathered and reported on all aspects of the content we created. This redefined the process for our monthly reports to capture and analyse trends, as well as focus areas for development.
I also guided the team with their own development through weekly 1:1s and PDP reviews. On top of being a manager I was a member of the DICE (Diversity, Inclusion, Cohesion and Equality) team, a voluntary, employee-led group advancing for diversity and inclusion both within our specialist teams and across the company.
